Refund Policy
General Refunds
Individual Sessions: For individual counselling sessions, refunds are generally not provided once the session has commenced. If you need to cancel an individual session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to allow for potential rescheduling.
Block Bookings: For block bookings of 10 or 6 sessions, refunds are only available under the following circumstances:
Cancellation of the Entire Block: If you cancel the entire block booking before the first session, a full refund will be provided, minus a 20% cancellation fee.
Medical Reasons: In the event of a medical emergency or illness that prevents you from attending your sessions, refunds may be considered upon submission of appropriate medical documentation.
Cancellation Policy for Block Bookings
Individual Sessions: If you need to cancel an individual session within a block booking, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. You may be able to reschedule the session, subject to availability.
Non-Attendance: If you fail to show up for a session without providing adequate notice, the session will be considered used, and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact Sara Walker at sarawalker.therapy@gmail.com within 14 days of the cancellation or non-attendance.
Please provide any necessary documentation, such as medical certificates, to support your refund request.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days and issued to the original payment method.
UK Legal Considerations
This refund policy complies with UK consumer law, which generally allows for refunds in certain circumstances, such as if a service is not provided as described or if there is a significant problem with the service.
