Your Payment Plan Questions Answered
Unfotunately not. All of my bookings are time sensitive and cannot always be filled. Appointments can be re-arranged for each agreed slot, providing that a minimum of 24 hours notice is given. In the event of a no-show, the session will be deducted from the package.
Yes. We will look at the diary together and discuss the best days and times that you can be available for the future.
All package are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. In some difficult cases sessions may go beyond 12 months.
Yes, of course. Extra days will be added at the original hourly charge.
Sometimes it doesn't. It is always a good idea to take advantage of the free 15 minute session, or maybe have a handful of sessions prior to committing to a plan, just in case.
If I feel that we have achieved your goal earlier than the purchased plan, you will be refunded the remaining amount. Alternatively, you can also use the remaining days as 'credit' for future sessions if you feel that you may wish to return for a refresh.
